- Pre – delivery intimation /advance intimation of order delivery through SMS by Courier Company.
- On line track and trace system for order tracking at courier website.
- Orders are delivered as closed box delivery, sealed with Avon Tape.
- For Cash on Delivery Home Delivery orders - Net payment due as per the invoice to be made at the time of delivery.
- Miss u card – in case Representative is not at home
- Proactive calling for missed orders – intimation of 2nd attempt before the delivery
What is the Turnaround time for Delivery?
- For local delivery – 24-48 hrs
- For outstation delivery – 48-96 hrs depending upon the distance from the PPS

What are the salient features of ABZ/SDP delivery?
- This delivery service is available on a bi-weekly cycle i.e. order placed on Monday delivery at ABZ/SDP happens on Thursday , similarly order placed on Thu delivery of order happens on subsequent Monday
- Representative have to make a self pick up from the ABZ/SDP
- There are no pick up/ delivery charges for ABZ/SDP orders
- ABZ/SDP delivery is an open box delivery
- Delivery of orders at ABZ/SDP is done basis showing the proof of payment only. No order is handed over to the Representative unless payment is not made.
- For unclaimed orders, not picked up by the Representatives from the ABZ/SDP in next 7 days time from the date of delivery , will be returned back to the PPS for issuance of the credit and 100 rupees will be charged from the Representative account.
